My family and I were in Tulsa for some last minute Christmas shopping and ended up on 41st St. near the Tulsa promenade mall and needed some quick food. We didn’t want to go into the mall for chick-Fil-A so we decided to try out Whataburger. The service seemed to be kind of short and to the business but we did not mind, we were in a hurry to travel back home a 45 min trip. So we got our food and proceeded out of town. We stopped 15 miles away needing to fuel up and low and behold my Visa was missing when we stopped at the station. We tried to call the Whataburger store multiple times with no success. So we just drove back there. The drive through cashier knew as soon as I came in the door that I wanted my card and gave it to me promptly with not even a sorry or nice word of regret. I let and let the whole thing go until the next day. Christmas Eve, when the real ramifications to our Whataburger experience hit! The whole family right down to the 2 year old twins and the 1 year old baby got violently sick with vomiting and diarrhea. Which lasted well into Christmas day, Santa could not even cure this illness! What a wonderful gift to give a young boy on his 2nd Christmas. The gift of dry vomiting and unfavorable bowel timing and the inability to enjoy even the wonderful gifts that Santa gave them. I would urge anyone who goes to this establishment to reserve themselves or take an entire bottle of Pepto-Bismol with them. A stomach pump should be the first thing on their menu! dec. 2010

If you can afford to eat out at this place 3 times a week, and yes, there must be others you eat at all week, why still cry about a coupon? Typical Snow Birds. Probably drive a multi thousand dollar RV, Full Social Security, large retirement and still want free Coffee. Makes me sick!! Sound like a common street beggar looking for crumbs.
