To him, it’s more than just a burger and fries—it’s the people, history, and social significance fast food plays in our American landscape.

He’s a charismatic everyman (ideally around his 30s or 40s) who’s funny and likeable with a unique passion on the topic and can relay that infectious excitement about it all in a really fun and engaging way.
