PS Boston Pizza, Edson, AB

Ditto M Gould above except to add the pizza was the worst i’ve ever had in a resturant. My 92 year old mother said the soup was one of if not the worst she’d had, the roast beef sandwich had a rank odor and they overcharged us.

I happen to adore Boston Pizza. Every restraunt has bad days, so i will forgive them from that last comment. It is a delicious, fun filled, family restraunt. Their menu is always changing to help accomidate for all the different customers, but it still keeps with its originality and flavors i fell in love with as a young child.

On august 31, 2009 my husband and i visited the new boston pizza in kesick, ont. We waited for more than twenty minutes before someone came to serve us. We were on point of leaving. They were not that busy, so no excuse. Some of
the staff were talking and joking instead of serving the guests. The attitude in general was not as friendly as it should have been.

The food by the way was not great.

It will be a long time before we visit boston pizza again. This is not the first time that unpleasant experiences occurred. At a minimum three other times as a large family group in both newmarket and barrie we were served
cold food that should have been piping hot or food was not exactly as ordered or not cooked to satisfaction.
