For all you out there with bad reviews on the management and food sitting out. It depends on which one you go to. the Baker’s I work at is amazing. We are very clean and friendly, food is ALWAYS fresh, the managers are flexible and all about the customers happiness. So if you go to a Baker’s giving us a bad name just know there are some that, because of the staff are still really great. I love the food and service but I also know it depends entirely on the staff. Certain baker’s I go to have had better food and service then others. I personally love mine. We don’t let food sit out and they even try there best to break large bills. (You know good Baker’s restaruants DO have the money to) I have even seen them break a 100 in the evening and 50 in the early afternoon. I never knew how clean they were with food and it makes me way more comfortable about eating at this one after working here. It also makes me not want to go to another Baker’s which i admit is sad because if the staff was like ours and ReaLLY cared about the customers the way any place should, every baker’s would still have a good name. So i will continue to eat at the Baker’s restaruant I know is close to home and Always good.

I Like Baker’s, its not the greatest but the food is good and once in awhile I get a huge craving for their food…I go there often.

Baker’s is the ONLY fast food restaurant I will eat at, their standards are high. The restaurants are always clean, the staff is consistent and friendly. They actually serve you your food if you eat inside the restaurant!
Baker’s has great prices and always has coupons available on-line. Compared to their competitors like Del Taco the prices are great for the amount of food and high quality. $30 worth of food at Baker’s will easily feed 5-6 people!
Also, it is clear before you order with signs posted at the register and on the drive thru windows that bills no larger than $20 are accepted.

I love Bakers. I just moved to the Inland Empire and have been there a few times. The burritos remind me of Naugles (which if you dont know was a fast food resturant that sold mainly mexican food). The times Ive been there people have always been nice (especially at the one on Archibald just noreth of the 10 freeway).

We don’t own Baker’s Drive Thru. Adventures in Fast Food is a resource about fast food restaurants. Nevertheless, I think the main issue here might be a fear of counterfeiting. We have come across this issue at several other franchises as well. In the end, I am surprised a compromise could not be reached if all you had was a 50. Seems to me a lack of flexibility on the managers part, rather then a comment on food quality. Can any visitors to Bakers add their experiences???…
